    Our 2019 Achievements

2019 has been a great year for us, despite the ongoing uncertainty from Brexit, with a number of notable achievements at FundInvoice, including:

    • 24% increase in prospects that we have dealt with.

    • 97.5% success rate at finding funding for companies.

    • 31% average cost savings achieved for invoice finance customers.

    • 6th year running we have been finalists at the BMF Awards.

We have continued to publish our monthly magazine, FundingVoice and we have had a number of nice testimonials, including: "I simply won't use any other broker" and we have launched a large number of short invoice finance guidance videos together with guides about analysing financial accounts and how to achieve business growth. We also produced a guide about moving invoice finance companies.

    UK Invoice Finance Market Developments

There have been a number of exits from the UK invoice finance sector, notably Sancus and Scottish Pacific Business Finance - and the unfortunate Administration of Working Capital Partners. Despite this, the number of invoice finance companies on our list stands at more than 100, at present.

There have been several new innovations such as Santander integrating with Asto bookkeeping app, and NatWest with Xero accounting software to expand the offer of invoice finance to a wider audience. Ultimate Finance launched FlexiCredit and Optimum Finance reported some significant business growth, fueled by their early adoption of cutting edge software.

Marketinvoice have rebranded as MarketFinance, to better reflect the full range of funding products that they offer. Others, such as Inksmoor Finance, have also expanded to offer business loans.

    2020

As we move into 2020, there appears to be an increase in the number of customers seeking business finance and an element of certainty returning to the UK following the result of the recent general election (regardless of your political preferences). We are keen to continue to expand the number of companies that we help during the coming year and we look forward to welcoming in the new decade.

It only remains to thank all our readers, customers and supporters - and wish you all a very Merry Christmas 2019 and a Happy and Prosperous 2020!

    Seasons greetings from,

    Glenn & Sean
