How much will FundInvoice charge me?

Nothing. Our independent UK advice and quotation search services are free for you to use. We only receive a commission from the provider if we successfully find you a facility.  The commissions paid by providers are all approximately the same (typically between 10% and 15% of the total charges levied by the provider - details will be provided of particular arrangements if required), so we can take a completely independent stance in finding you the right facility for your business.

Who is FundInvoice LLP?

We are award-nominated, independent invoice finance, factoring, invoice discounting, trade finance, asset finance and commercial finance brokers.  Our cash flow consultants, have extensive experience within the factoring, discounting and trade finance industries.  They will deal with your enquiry personally and help find you an invoice finance facility that will suit your business. We have access to all the UK market providers. Here are some suggestions about verifying our credentials if you are worried about who you are dealing with.

What if my business is in financial difficulties?

Factoring can often be a solution.  A request for a factoring facility is normally considered on the strength of your book debts rather than the strength of your financial accounts or balance sheet.  Even loss-making businesses with a negative net worth, companies in CVA (Creditors Voluntary Arrangement), previous bankruptcies, companies with poor credit history and companies with CCJs (County Court Judgements) can be considered.

What if I have already been declined by a factoring company?

We may still be able to find you a suitable facility. It's not like insurance where it can count against you if one provider turns you down. There are providers that specialise in doing the deals that others have turned away. Call us and we will do our best to find a factoring company that will help you.

How does it work?

You can speak to one of our experts free of charge.  They will discuss exactly what you are looking for and they will identify invoice finance companies that can meet your requirements.  Once we have introduced you to a suitable provider we will continue to liaise with you to ensure a smooth transition. If you go ahead with a provider that we introduced you to (completely your choice of course) we receive a small commission from them.

Help Changing Providers - we can help you move between invoice finance companies.

Open Ended Contracts And Short Termination Periods - options are now available where you can have highly flexible arrangements rather than being tied in.

What if I don't want to provide personal guarantees?

Most factoring and invoice discounting facilities are subject to the provision of personal guarantees although that need not always be the case.  We may be able to find you a facility that does not require personal guarantees so please contact us to discuss your particular circumstances.
