    Looking Forward To 2020

    We are looking forward to 2020. Now that we are past the general election, whichever way you voted - and whatever your stance on Brexit, there is now a party in government with a working majority, and a clear direction on Brexit. This will hopefully go some way to resolving the uncertainty that has plagued the UK for the last few years. Now that the Brexit withdrawal agreement has finally passed through Parliament the UK is set to leave the EU, with a deal, at the end of this month. Perhaps UK businesses can now get back to focusing on growth, rather than being paralysed by uncertainty.

    With the advent of the new year, new enquiries for business funding have started again. One of the first received this year was regarding funding support for an acquisition, an area that reflects a positive growth-focused mindset, which we hope will continue this year. We have already been contacted by a number of businesses seeking our help to find them the funding that they need, and we have a strong pipeline of clients nearing completion - a good start for 2020.
