    64% Of Construction Sector Businesses Would Benefit From Funding Against Uncertified Applications For Payment

    Just noticed that I hadn't published this interesting result from our #constructionfinance research survey. 64% of Construction sector businesses say that they would benefit from receiving funding against Applications For Payment that have not yet been approved - I have previously expressed that as a percentage of just those that raise applications for payment (85%) but not as a percentage of the whole number of respondents (100) that we interviewed.

    This type of construction finance is not available from many funders but it is interesting that such a large percentage of construction companies generally think it would be beneficial. This would seem to present a huge opportunity to develop the construction finance sector.

    Funding for construction sector businesses is available against applications for payment (even if they are uncertified or not yet approved) or just straight invoices on credit terms.
