    White Oak UK Acquires Growcap Finance.Growcap Finance has been acquired by White Oak UK on the 19th of June 2019.

    Growcap Finance Acquired By White Oak UK

    Whiteoak UK are providers of non-bank finance, to SMEs, such as asset finance, business loans and commercial mortgages. They acquired the supply chain funding company, Growcap Finance (GF) earlier this month. Growcap Finance provides trade finance to Irish and UK SMEs.

    Trade finance is a form of supply chain finance used to fund purchases from suppliers, often from suppliers based overseas. It can include cases where letters of credit are required to pay the overseas supplier.

    The announcement from White Oak UK confirms that the current GF management team will remain in place, and that the business will be rebranded as White Oak IE.
