    Ultimate Finance Acquire Ashley Commercial Finance

    Numerous reports today that Ultimate Finance have completed their acquisition of Ashley Commercial Finance apparently for 4.75m initially with a further payment of £2.7m if certain financial targets are met.

    Both are invoice finance companies but Ashely Commercial Finance target smaller businesses.

    Reports are that the two brands will continue to co-exist so it will be interesting to see how this partnership develops and in particular how it affects the deals available to smaller factoring clients.
