    Spot Factoring Increasing

    Spot Factoring has become increasingly common over recent years with various new spot factoring companies that have entered the UK invoice finance market using the term to describe their invoice finance products. Essentially spot factoring tends to be used to describe "selective factoring" or "single invoice factoring" where the client selects particular invoices or batches of invoices to factor and receive funding against. Where the client undertakes their own credit control activity it can also be called "single invoice discounting".
