    Examples Of The Cost And Price Of Factoring & Invoice Discounting

    Following my post on the average cost of finance via one of the invoice auction sites, I thought comparative examples of the cost and price of factoring and invoice discounting might be helpful.

    As you will see on our site the cost of a whole turnover style invoice discounting or factoring service reflects a pricing discount due to factoring or discounting a larger volume of turnover - some companies may charge minimum fees but this is not true of all factors and discounters.

    Where clients are looking for short-term funding an invoice auction site or a spot factoring service could be more appropriate but are likely to be more expensive if used over the long term. The good news is that there are lots of options available and the invoice finance industry is hungry to lend money where traditional lenders may not be.
